Welcome to
Quiet Patterns Podcast
Presented by Project LookUp
COMING 2026
Quiet Patterns is a story-driven podcast presented by Project LookUp. We share real, anonymized experiences from families navigating screens, social media, and the digital world kids are growing up in—so others can recognize patterns earlier and take action before crisis.

“This isn’t your fault—but it is your responsibility.”
Some episodes may include discussion of topics like mental health crisis, sextortion, or suicide. We do not include graphic details. Episodes with sensitive content will include a brief content note and support resources.
WHO CAN SUBMIT A STORY
-
Parents & caregivers
-
Young adults reflecting on their teen years
-
Educators, coaches, or youth-serving adults
Your story does not need to be extreme. Often the most impactful stories are the quiet ones that unfolded slowly.
Stories are anonymized, edited for privacy, and may be simplified or combined to protect identities.
If you or someone you love is struggling, support is available. In the U.S., call or text 988. If outside the U.S., please reach out to local emergency services or a trusted adult.
About The Host
